Betty's Waterfront Restaurant

Paid $23 for scallops that arrived cold. Waited 45 minutes from when our order was taken until the food arrived. Waitress did not check on us once. The flounder was really delicious and hot. Waitress did not check on us one time from where initial drink orders were taken until the food arrived,45 minutes later. Let hostess know our concerns, said she was sorry, but no other response . Two stars only because the flounder was so good. This establishment does not seem to care about patrons concerns.

Terrible service and terrible food!!!! My family and I waited 30 mins to be seated even though the restaurant was not busy. Once being seated it took over 30 mins for us to get our drinks.. that was after our waitress finally acknowledged us! We waited well over an hour for our food and had to constantly remind our waitress to bring refills. Once the food arrived it was cold and terrible! I ordered Shrimp and Flounder.. It tasted as if the oil in the fryers had not been changed in ages! My sister order a Ribeye after sending it back to the kitchen twice they still failed to cook it right bringing it out over cooked each time. Seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Order the special blackened salmon was not cooked fully steel pink inside wet. Received apology from waiter several times. Management never approach to apologize for mistake. Doubt I will be returning anytime soon.
